About Ti22 Titanium Razor
Henson's Ti22 is a Grade-5 titanium double-edge safety razor, machined by an aerospace company in Canada to a tolerance tighter than most jewelry. The geometry is the whole point: by exposing only 0.0013" of blade past the safety bar, it slices the hair without lifting and tugging the follicle — the mechanism that traditional cartridge razors use to create ingrown hairs and razor bumps on textured skin and curly facial hair.
Titanium makes it light, hypoallergenic, and effectively corrosion-proof. The razor accepts any standard double-edge blade, which makes the cost-per-shave a fraction of cartridges over time.
How to use
- Load a fresh DE blade. Pre-shave with hot water or a hot towel.
- Hold razor at the angle the handle naturally falls to — let the geometry do the work.
- Short strokes, no pressure. Rinse blade often. Aftershave to finish.
